We are a full scale website development company. This means we will not only design and build your website, but we can provide search engine optimization, copywriting, inexpensive website hosting & website maintenance services.
How do we
get our project done in an efficient, timely manner?
We have created a custom Client Management System. Each client receives a username & password to login to our interface. Within this interface you can send emails, upload photos & files, view and choose mockups, download deliverables, add or remove services from your account & so much more. Our team will stay in close contact with you via our client management system, phone, email & fax, throughout your whole project.
How much will a website cost me and are there ANY
hidden costs?
Every website is different and therefore, our costs are proportional to the amount of work that needs to be done on your site. It would be unfair for us to charge the same price for a one [1] page sales marketing letter and a twenty [20] page, full scale e-commerce site.
We understand the importance of your budget and we do EVERYTHING we can to work with you and your budget.
In regards to hidden costs, there will be ABSOLUTELY NO hidden costs involved once we have quoted you a price. Our proposal will include a detailed list of what will be done for the price you have been quoted.
Do I have to provide content & images for a new
design?
This is 100% your choice. Our team can provide the copy for your project. We also have a well stocked photo library here at our office. However, we do recommend if you have images associated with your business [i.e. location images, product images, etc.], that we incorporate these images into your design. This will give your design a personal touch.
How long will it take for my project to be
complete?
Again, this depends on the requirements for your project. An average 5 page website takes a few weeks to complete. This process can be accelerated by quick response times at any phase of a project.
How are the project phases broken down?
Phase I: One of our team members will contact you to discuss the project details [your views, visions, needs, color schemes, images, etc.]. Once our team has established contact with you, we begin by analyzing your competition. We search for your top 5 competitors to see what they are doing, what they are not doing, strong points & weak points. Our team will then compose a plan of how to make your design work the "best of the best".
Phase II: We will create mockups for you to choose from. If for ANY reason you are not satisfied with the mockups, your project designer will go back to the drawing board and create brand new mockups for you to choose from. We will continue to do this until YOU are satisfied with your design.
It is also important for you to know that you do NOT have to choose one [1] mockup. If you like different concepts in multiple mockups, we can merge mockups together to create a completely renovated design.
Phase III: Once you have chosen a mockup, our team will then convert the mockup into HTML/CSS or Print Quality Layout depending on your project. Content/Images will then be added to your project.
Phase IV: Testing will begin. We make sure there are no broken links on your site, all images are showing properly, etc. Once you have approved the final product, we will make the full source files available for download through our Client Management System. We will upload all files to your site if requested.
Once your project is fully complete we are still here for support. We encourage our clients to add new content to their sites. With our designs you can easily add new content on your own. Many clients sign up for our Website Maintenance Service, which includes website modifications and general maintenance.
