We offer website maintenance services whether or not we designed your site. However, we will not clean up another design firm or SEO firm's mess. What this means is, upon retaining us, we will evaluate whether or not your website's code is too messy to modify. If this is the case, we will kindly refund your money and politely decline your business.

LITE WEBSITE MAINTENANCE PLAN - $59/month
• Up to 3 minor modifications per month (including small text changes, image changes and/or code reorganization).
• One logo design, business card design, or postcard design per year.
• 1 outbound support phone call per month.*
• Annual website improvement review (a member of our team will give you advice on presenting your product or service better or more efficiently)

STANDARD WEBSITE MAINTENANCE PLAN - $129/month
• Up to 10 minor modifications per month (including small text changes, image changes and/or code reorganization).
• Choice of two: logo design, business card design, or postcard design per year.
• 2 outbound support phone calls per month.*
• Semi-Annual website improvement review (a member of our team will give you advice on presenting your product or service better or more efficiently)
• Annual website redesign at no additional cost.

PROFESSIONAL WEBSITE MAINTENANCE PLAN - $249/month
• Unlimited minor modifications per month (including small text changes, image changes and/or code reorganization).**
• Free Logo design, business card design, and postcard design annually.
• Unlimited outbound support phone calls per month.*
• Monthly website improvement review (a member of our team will give you advice on presenting your product or service better or more efficiently)
• Semi-Annual website redesign at no additional cost.

* While phone calls to us are free to you via our toll-free numbers, our team will keep calls brief (5-10 minutes) due to our significant volume of clients. However, when a team member schedules a support call with you where one of our team members call you at our expense, that team member will spend up to an hour on the phone with you working out kinks or resolving problems with your website or design project. These are what are referred to as 'outbound support phone calls'.
** Modifications are limited to 7 incidents per week depending on volume. In times of high volume, we reserve the right to lower the limit per week to 3. We will notify you in the event that our volume is high and you request a modification.
